Shawn A. Jones, BHMG CEO
Shawn Jones was born 1961 is an Emmy Award winning videographer with 30 plus years in the media industry. Shawn graduated from University of Kentucky with a degree in Communications. He relocated to Washington DC from Cincinnati in 2005 after working for local TV station WCPO covering breaking news and sporting events, Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, University of Cincinnati, Xavier University and all local high schools. He moved to the DC area to work with the George Michael Sports Machine. When the show left the air he then accepted a position with Clean Skies, an internet based news channel which covered all current day energy issues, domestic and foreign. The media industry has allowed him to travel to Europe, Alaska and The Bahamas covering such events as the Olympics, Super Bowl, Presidential Conventions, World Energy Summit and many more. He has also filmed documentaries, music videos and everyday news. Shawn has 3 sons, Chaz Hill, is working towards his masters degree in Atlanta, Todd Hogan, is a senior at Ohio State University and Shane Jones, Freshmen linebacker for the Michigan State Spartans. His goal is to build this business by helping others advertise their own business through media, make dreams come true for film writers and furthering the careers of recording artist.

King Kai, F.B.F. Productionz
Michael Banks aka "King Kai" was born 1978, his music background started in the early 90's. Writing and producing at the age of 13 for local groups in the Washington D.C area, Kia soon decided to take his skill to another level. In 1992 he started a Hip-Hop group named "Hells kitchen", the group started recording and performing all over the DMV area creating a buzz. After reconnecting with an old friend the group relocated to Atlanta Georgia. During that time Kai rubbed elbows with some of the industry's best, learning from some of the best engineers while working in the top studios in Atlanta. While living in Georgia Kai landed a recording contract with Malico Records and traveled to Muscle Shoals Alabama to produce & recorded his first album on a label. After moving back home to the D.C area he reunited with former Hells kitchen member Ricky Payne (Eloheem), together they started F.B.F. Productionz, hosting there own radio show, producing jingles, drops and commercials for WKSH internet radio. Kai began using his music for wed tracks and bed music. Since then F.B.F. Productionz has put out several artist, mix tapes and instrumental albums such as "Enter the Optigon" Vol. 1&2, "Java Days" and the Kapital Magazine's compilation series "Kapital Punishment". King Kai will continue to produce and grow with the company as he moves on to bigger and better projects such as major commercials, TV and movie scores which are already in the making...

Ricky Payne, F.B.F. Productionz
Ricky Payne is the camera system operator at the all-new Historic Howard Theatre in Washington DC. In this position he corresponds with all major recording artist performing at the Howard to discuss all the artist video needs for their live performance. Ricky edits and integrates any of the artist graphics into a live shoot, which is displayed to the live studio audience on the fly. He is also a stage hand for Howard Theatre who's duties include loading and unloading cases, micing and assembling drums sets, guitar rigs, keyboards, microphones, grand pianos and more. Ricky is an award winning editor and Producer for (In the Know with Russ Parr) from 93.9 WKYS F.M. Radio. He received his certifications in Film Editing, Television Production and Camera field Technician in 2010 from DCTVs Brook Mansion in Washington. He has also held the position as Audio-2 sound engineer at the worldwide known Aljazeera English Channel in Washington DC. In this position he assisted the Audio-1 sound engineer with live news field mixing and live studio mixing. set prepping, micing studio guest and direct satellite patching. In 1998 he signed his first recording contract under J-town records in Muscle Shoals Alabama he then went onto share the studio with artist such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bobby Brown, Dallas Austin, OutKast, Goodie Mob, TLC and Busta Rhymes to name a few. In 2001 his partner, Kahree Banks, started their own production company in Washington DC, FBF Productionz, which is responsible for producing several musical projects like Enter the Optigon Vol. 1 and 2, If The Streets Could Talk and four Kapital Magazine compilation discs.

Jamal Jones is a native of Philadelphia that arrived in the Washington, DC area in 2003. He began his career in the entertainment industry in 1990 as a Party Promoter in Norfolk, Virginia with a team that brought in groups such as Brand Nubians and Intro. In 1996, in Atlanta, he added marketing and publishing to his talents while working with Michael Johnson as part owner of Blaque Thought Comics with the release of a black comic book series called, Afro-Man. Jamal began a new journey in 2000 when he launched Experience Reality Magazine under his own publishing company, now known as Jones Worldwide Publishing. Over the years Experience Reality Magazine has road the roller coaster ride of the publishing business and released 15 issues of the magazine, all with celebrity covers. The launch cover featured Jadakiss and since people such as Taraji P. Henson, Regina King, Lyfe Jennings, LisaRaye and Jill Marie Jones have also graced the cover. While in DC, Jamal founded the DMV based hip hop magazine, Kapital Magazine with two others. Over the last twenty years Jamal Jones has been mastering his skills in business and intends to accomplish new levels of success working with the BIG HOUSE MEDIA GROUP.
